I had bought okami go pack mini from the okami website and I got the order deliver day before yesterday, when I saw it there is no 15 inch laptop compartment which makes this bag not at all useful for me.
Also my laptop which is 14 inch that also doesn’t fit so it’s not useful at all.
I request you to please generate an refund to this order and also generate an pickup service as I want to return this order

Very happy with the product. Used for a month now.
Finishing, material and design looks good. Bag looks good overall. There is no separate sleeve for the laptop inside the compartment. Very inconvenient inside design. Also it is not comfortable using main compartment as the window for it on curve so putting stuff inside or taking out is not easier. It looks good only but by use wise it is not comfortable at all.
Fast delivery service .....quality of product is very good....i recommned all to purchase it for offical use ...
